Steve Sammartino

Steve Sammartino is a leading futurist, technology expert and keynote speaker who makes AI and emerging technology engaging, insightful and humorous. Coding since age 10, he co-founded Macro3D, the AI robotics company behind five 3D-printed buildings for The Block. A best-selling author, TED speaker and TV host, Steve has delivered 700+ keynotes across 41 countries.

Dr Paul Taylor

Dr Paul Taylor is a Psychophysiologist, with a PhD in Psychology, separate master’s degrees in Exercise Science and Nutrition and a postgraduate qualification in Neuroscience. A former Royal Navy Officer and former Adjunct Professor at University of San Francisco, Paul is a leading expert in hardiness – the cutting-edge science that transforms stress into competitive advantage.

A.J. Titus

A.J. Titus has a lifelong passion for franchising and business development. As UFG Executive Director and President of Signarama, he oversees their growth across the United States and internationally while supporting franchise owners in expanding their businesses. A.J. holds an International Business degree, an MBA and a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation.

Walter Miska

Walter Miska joins Fully Promoted as President with more than 20 years of franchise leadership, ownership and development experience. A franchise owner since 2005, he built one of the brand’s top-performing locations and earned honours including Hall of Fame induction, the President’s Award and Extraordinary Mentor Award. He now leads Fully Promoted’s continued growth and franchisee success.

Andrew Titus

Andrew Titus is President of United Franchise Group and a recognised leader in franchising. After leading Fully Promoted, where he drove sales growth, added around 100 franchise locations and expanded into four new countries, he now oversees growth across UFG’s global portfolio. His achievements include three UFG MVP awards, UFG Hall of Fame induction, PPAI Rising Star of the Year and three Counselor Power 50 recognitions.

Matt Fitzpatrick

Matt Fitzpatrick is General Manager for Signarama Australia, appointed in 2022. His UFG journey began in 2004 when he opened Australia’s first Fully Promoted. After a decade as an award-winning franchisee, including Hall of Fame induction and Million Dollar Circle recognition, Matt joined UFG as Operations Manager. After a short hiatus, he now leads Signarama’s growth and expansion across Australia.

Rosie Canty

Since joining in 2019, Rosie Canty has helped lead the brand to record store revenue and growth. She oversees daily operations, strategic vendor relationships and the brand’s direction in Australia. Rosie’s dynamic approach saw her become the first UFG employee to win Rookie of the Year and MVP in the same year, and a finalist for FCA Franchise Manager of the Year.
